Підключатися може школа в цілому чи вибрані класи (потоки). **Як зробити Заявку на підключення?** У разі бажання закладу освіти приєднатися до Системи необхідно на сайті «Єдиної школи» за посиланням заповнити відповідну форму – Заявку на підключення до Системи. **Що необхідно зробити для початку роботи в Системі?** Для початку роботи необхідно, щоб:представник закладу освіти заповнив Заявку на підключення до Системи та отримав відповідні інструкції;у закладі освіти було прийнято Наказ щодо впровадження системи та визначено адміністратора системи в школі;адміністратор системи та педагоги пройшли навчання щодо роботи з модулями Системи;адміністратор системи зареєструвався в Системі та організував формування бази даних педагогів, учнів та їх батьків, а також налаштування в Системі освітнього процесу. **Як отримати доступ до Системи «Єдина школа»?** Для доступу до «Єдиної школи» необхідно, щоб:заклад освіти, у якому Ви працюєте, був підключений до Системи;Ви надали закладу освіти Згоду на обробку в Системі Ваших персональних даних;адміністратор системи вніс до бази даних Системи Ваші контактні дані, після чого на Вашу електронну адресу надійде лист з кодом доступу для підтвердження електронної пошти та створення власного пароля доступу до Системи. **Які пристрої необхідно мати для роботи в «Єдиній школі»?** Для роботи в «Єдиній школі» необхідно мати відповідні пристрої (смартфон чи планшет – для роботи з мобільним застосунком, персональний комп’ютер чи ноутбук – для роботи з веб-застосунком), стабільне інтернет-з’єднання та, за необхідності, мережеве обладнання. В іншому випадку зверніться у Службу підтримки. Якщо Ви ще не авторизовані в Системі, зверніться до адміністратора системи в школі для перевірки правильності внесення адреси Вашої електронної пошти та номера мобільного телефону під час реєстрації в Системі. **Чи можливо змінити пароль? Що для цього необхідно зробити?** Ви можете змінити пароль в профілі користувача мобільного застосунку. Необхідно забезпечувати збереження у таємниці параметрів свого доступу до Системи (логін та пароль) та унеможливити їх використання третіми особами з метою виключення несанкціонованого авторизованого доступу третіх осіб. Будь ласка, при застосуванні шкільних пристроїв, якими можуть користуватися кілька вчителів, не дозволяйте вводити в пам’ять пристрою свій логін та пароль для уникнення доступу третіх осіб до Системи під вашими даними авторизації. **Як входити в «Єдину школу», якщо вчитель є одночасно батьком чи матір’ю учня?** В Системі використовується єдиний пароль для входу до її веб- та мобільних застосунків і диференціація прав користувачів залежно від їхньої ролі в освітньому процесі. У веб-застосунку Система надає у користування той функціонал, до якого Ви бажаєте отримати доступ за відповідним посиланням чи через єдину точку входу. У мобільному застосунку Ви маєте вибрати вид доступу, який бажаєте отримати в момент перегляду: «Вчитель» чи «Батько». **Чому вчителі мають бути зацікавлені працювати в «Єдиній школі», адже обсяги навантаження на них збільшуються?** «Єдина школа» допомагає вчителю автоматизувати більшу частину роботи, надає доступ до журналів з будь-якого місця у будь-який час, дозволяє одночасно формувати декілька документів шляхом одноразового внесення даних, створювати плани уроків за допомогою штучного інтелекту та комунікувати з батьками. У разі надзвичайних ситуацій можна продовжувати проведення уроків дистанційно. Робота в Системі зменшує цифровий розрив між учителем і учнем, підвищує рівень цифрової компетенції педагогів. Ми надаємо всіляку підтримку задля спрощення приєднання закладу освіти та зменшення навантаження на вчителів. **Чим можлива відміна паперового журналу у разі ведення його електронної версії?** Ще у 2016 році МОН доручило припинити практику дублювання на паперовому носії документів, складених в електронній формі (Наказ МОН від 22.12.2016 №1593). Інструкція з діловодства у закладах загальної середньої освіти дозволяє школам створювати лише в електронній формі документи тимчасового строку зберігання (до 10 років включно) за умови наявності відповідного технічного забезпечення з урахуванням вимог законодавства України (Наказ МОН від 25.06.2018 № 676). Строки зберігання шкільних журналів становлять 5 років (випускні класи – 10 років), що визначено нормативними рішеннями МОН та Мінюсту та свідчить про можливість відмови від ведення паперових журналів. У цьому випадку рекомендуємо дублювати електронні журнали на кількох носіях інформації та здійснювати їх періодичне копіювання з обов’язковою перевіркою цілісності даних на кожному носії. **Як формується електронний журнал класу? Який рівень доступу має адміністрація школи, педагог-предметник, класний керівник?** Електронний журнал кожного класу формується автоматично після формування адміністратором системи бази даних закладу освіти та налаштування в Системі освітнього процесу (розкладу занять, тривалості навчального року тощо). Усі користувачі отримують свій рівень доступу:педагог-предметник – до свого розкладу та сторінок свого предмета в електронних журналах класів, в яких він викладає. Вчитель в електронному журналі переглядає свій розклад, своєчасно бачить заміни, проводить онлайн-уроки, виставляє оцінки, заповнює зміст уроків та надає домашні завдання.класний керівник може переглядати електронний журнал учнів свого класу, виставляє причини відсутності учнів та здійснює моніторинг їх успішності.адміністрація школи має можливість переглядати дані електронних журналів усіх класів. Користуючись електронним журналом заступники директора можуть виконувати адміністративні функції, моніторити проведення онлайн-уроків та перевіряти ведення журналів вчителями (писати зауваження та перевіряти їх урахування в роботі). **Чи дотримується в «Єдиній школі» вимога щодо конфіденційності оцінок?** У Системі чітко дотримується вимога щодо конфіденційності оцінок. Навчальні досягнення учня доступні лише для нього та його батьків. Ні батьки, ні учні не можуть бачити оцінки інших учнів класу. Учитель виставляє оцінки в електронний журнал, який відповідно до нормативних документів МОН також доступний для перегляду класному керівнику, директору школи та його заступникам. **Чи можна виправляти, коригувати оцінку?** Дані, що вносяться в електронні журнали, можуть бути виправлені/скореговані вчителями, які мають такі права при веденні паперових версій та наділені такими правами в Системі. Педагог має право на редагування оцінювання в межах однієї теми – до виставлення тематичної оцінки. Редагування оцінки після виставлення тематичної здійснюється за умови введення пароля (ключа) директора. Система надає вчителю можливість фіксувати причину зміни оцінки. Доступ до історії змін оцінки мають заступники директора школи та вчителі. **Чи можна виставляти оцінки за роботу, виконану у попередні періоди (наприклад після перевірки зошитів, контрольних, самостійних робіт)?** Оцінка за певний тип завдання (у т.ч. за письмові роботи) може виставлятися протягом терміну, передбаченого нормами перевірки таких завдань (у т.ч. якщо перевірка займає час на кількох уроках або протягом певного періоду). Ви також можете додавати до домашнього завдання текстові, відео-, аудіо- та фотофайли у різних форматах. **Чи може учень прикріпляти файли до домашнього завдання? У якому форматі?** В системі «Єдина школа» учень може прикріпляти свої файли у будь-якому форматі як відповідь на домашнє завдання. Для перегляду файлів вчителем необхідно їх завантажити на власний пристрій. **Чи маєте Ви ліцензію на Систему «Єдина школа»?** ТОВ «ТАТЛ ТЕХНОЛОДЖІ» володіє майновими правами на Інформаційно-комунікаційну автоматизовану систему «Єдина школа» згідно з авторським договором про передачу (відчуження) майнових прав на твір, що підтверджує рішення Мінекономрозвитку про реєстрацію договору, який стосується права автора на твір (від 05.03.20 № 4850). **Чи дозволена Система до використання в закладах загальної середньої освіти?** Система «Єдина школа» дозволена до використання у закладах освіти. Система апробована в межах експериментів всеукраїнського та регіонального рівня (накази МОН №341 від 13.03.19, № 895 від 19.06.24, а також №1358 від 06.11.23 та інші рішення). «Єдина школа» відповідає вимогам до електронних освітніх інформаційних систем та підключена до ПАК «АІКОМ» згідно з договором, укладеним з ДНУ “Інститут освітньої аналітики” (№3 від 31.07.23). Наразі не передбачено грифування LMS-систем, якою є «Єдина школа», однак Система отримала Гриф «Рекомендовано Міністерством освіти і науки» в рамках чинного на момент отримання законодавства (лист МОН № 1/11-9213). Система відповідає вимогам санітарного законодавства та може застосовуватися педагогами, батьками та учнями, про що свідчить висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи (№ 12.2-18-1/20171). В Системі створено комплексну систему захисту інформації, що підтверджено Атестатом відповідності КСЗІ (№23120). **Де зберігаються усі матеріали «Єдиної школи»?** Система має Атестат відповідності комплексної системи захисту інформації. Бази даних системи «Єдина школа» зберігаються в України в захищеному хмарному середовищі, що також має атестат відповідності системи захисту інформації. **Наскільки «Єдина школа» захищена від можливих непередбачених дій? Якщо Система отримає збій, як відновити дані? Чи створюються резервні копії баз даних?** Система розроблена таким чином, щоб запобігти найбільш поширеним вразливостям у сфері безпеки та забезпечити захист інформації від несанкціонованого доступу, знищення, модифікації тощо. Це досягається через реалізацію організаційно-адміністративних заходів, апаратно‑програмного та інженерно‑технічного забезпечення, у т.ч. шляхом використання захищеного протоколу передачі даних HTTPS, перевірки повноважень користувачів на виконання певних дій, реєстрації подій, пов’язаних із доступом до сервісів Системи, результатів ідентифікації та автентифікації користувачів, перевірки цілісності баз даних Системи. Передбачено встановлення режиму автоматичного аналізу поточного стану і відновлення працездатності Системи, а також автоматичне резервне копіювання даних. **Як захищаються персональні дані?** Організація роботи в Системі відповідає законодавству про захист персональних даних. Заклади освіти мають інформувати педагогів та батьків щодо обробки їх персональних даних в Системі та отримувати Згоду на таку обробку. Обсяг даних обмежено тими, які мають бути обов’язково внесені у шкільні паперові документи згідно із затвердженими зразками. Визначені дії щодо знеособлення даних, у разі неотримання Згоди. **Чи передбачене навчання педагогів роботі в Системі?** Під час підключення закладу освіти до Системи, узгоджується графік проведення (очно чи дистанційно) обов’язкового навчання для адміністраторів системи, класних керівників та вчителів, яке проводять фахівці ТОВ «ТАТЛ ТЕХНОЛОДЖІ». Під час роботи на запит школи можуть бути організовані додаткові тренінги (вебінари). Користувачі закладу освіти отримують електронні версії Методичних рекомендацій та Настанов користувачів (чи посилання на їх розміщення), а також посилання на відео-уроки. В Системі використовується єдиний пароль для входу в її веб- та мобільний застосунок. **Я маю двох дітей, але в застосунку відображається лише один. Як додати дитину до Електронного щоденника батьків?** Відображення дитини в Електронному щоденнику батьків здійснюється лише за умови підключення кожного із закладів освіти, в яких навчаються ваші діти, до «Єдиної школи». За необхідності учень може відкрити на телефоні браузерну версію Системи. **Чи можуть різні вчителі пропонувати різні онлайн-уроки в той же час?** Оскільки онлайн-уроки проводяться за запланованим розкладом, учень не може одночасно бути присутнім на декількох різних уроках. **Чи може вчитель проводити в «Єдиній школі» онлайн-урок одночасно для кількох класів?** Так, якщо вчитель вважає, що такий урок буде зрозумілим та доступним для сприйняття дітей. Для цього вчитель створює додаткову міжкласну групу та відповідний розклад онлайн-уроків, який буде відображатися в учнів цієї групи. **Чи може вчитель надавати учню у Системі посилання на навчальні матеріали, тести, інші матеріали, створені на зовнішніх ресурсах?** Так, вчитель може надавати посилання на навчальні матеріали, тести, інші матеріали, створені на зовнішніх ресурсах, вказуючи їх в домашньому завданні. До домашнього завдання також можуть бути додані текстові, відео-, аудіо- та фотофайли у різних форматах. **Чи може учень прикріпляти файли до домашнього завдання? У якому форматі?** В системі «Єдина школа» учень може надавати відповіді на домашні завдання для подальшої перевірки вчителем, у т.ч. додавати до своєї відповіді додаткові файли у будь-якому форматі (якщо їх об’єм не перевищує 100 Мб). Якщо об’єм файла більший за 100 Мб, тоді його можна розмістити на Google Диску й додати у свою відповідь посилання на цей файл. Щоб отримувати, завантажувати на пристрій чи надсилати текстові-, відео-, аудіо- чи фотофайли, необхідно надати дозвіл на такі дії в налаштуваннях телефона, або під час запиту смартфона при спробі відкрити файл. **Чи використовується в Системі база навчальних матеріалів (програм, підручників)?** В Системі вчитель може розміщувати посилання на навчальні матеріали відповідно до законодавства про авторське право. Одночасно, на сайті «Єдиної школи» є корисні посилання на бібліотеки, які містять електронні підручники. **Чи Ви маєте ліцензію на систему «Єдина школа»?** ТОВ «ТАТЛ ТЕХНОЛОДЖІ» володіє майновими правами на Інформаційно-комунікаційну автоматизовану систему «Єдина школа» згідно з авторським договором про передачу (відчуження) майнових прав на твір, що підтверджує рішення Мінекономрозвитку про реєстрацію договору, який стосується права автора на твір (від 05.03.20. №4850). **Чи дозволена Система до використання в закладах загальної середньої освіти?** Система «Єдина школа» дозволена до використання у закладах освіти. Система апробована в межах експериментів всеукраїнського та регіонального рівня (накази МОН №341 від 13.03.19, № 895 від 19.06.24, а також №1358 від 06.11.23 та інші рішення). «Єдина школа» відповідає вимогам до електронних освітніх інформаційних систем та підключена до ПАК «АІКОМ» згідно з договором, укладеним з ДНУ “Інститут освітньої аналітики” (№3 від 31.07.23). Наразі не передбачено грифування LMS-систем, якою є «Єдина школа», однак Система отримала Гриф «Рекомендовано Міністерством освіти і науки» в рамках чинного на момент отримання законодавства (лист МОН № 1/11-9213). Система відповідає вимогам санітарного законодавства та може застосовуватися педагогами, батьками та учнями, про що свідчить висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи (№ 12.2-18-1/20171). В Системі створено комплексну систему захисту інформації, що підтверджено Атестатом відповідності КСЗІ (№23120). **Як захищаються персональні дані учнів та їх батьків?** Організація роботи в Системі відповідає законодавству про захист персональних даних. Заклади освіти мають інформувати педагогів та батьків щодо обробки їх персональних даних та отримувати Згоду на таку обробку в Системі. Обсяг даних обмежено тими, які мають бути обов’язково внесені до шкільних паперових документів згідно затверджених зразків. According to the System’s rules, only your parents can decide whether to grant you access to the System. If you are of legal age, please contact the support service for individual registration in the System. **What devices are required to view data in «Yedyna Shkola»?** It is necessary to have a smartphone or tablet for working with the mobile application, and a personal computer or laptop for working with the «Yedyna Shkola» web application, as well as a stable internet connection and, if necessary, network equipment. For a child’s participation in online lessons, it is advisable to connect a webcam and a microphone. **Are there technical requirements for devices to access the Electronic Diary?** When working on computers (laptops), the interface of the System’s web applications is compatible and functions correctly in modern web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari. The teacher records grades in the Electronic Journal, which, in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science, can be viewed by the class teacher and the school principal or their deputy. **Can a teacher correct or adjust your grade?** Data entered into electronic journals can be corrected/adjusted by teachers who have such rights when maintaining paper versions and are granted these rights in the System. The System allows the teacher to record the reason for changing a grade. **Can a teacher assign grades “retroactively” — for work completed in previous periods (for example, after checking notebooks, tests, or independent work)?** A grade for a specific type of assignment (including written work) may be assigned within the time frame предусмотренного the standards for checking such assignments (including cases where checking takes several lessons or over a certain period). **Can a teacher comment on grades?** Yes, a teacher can write separate comments for students during the lesson, separate comments for parents, and also make notes for themselves while assessing the results of your learning activities. **Can a student access online lessons from the mobile application?** Currently, access to online lessons is available only through the web version of the “Electronic Diary” module.
