The program has a practical focus and covers the following topics:

1. Promotion of students of an educational institution to the next academic year;

2. Transfer of the educational institution’s data in Yedyna Shkola to the next academic year;

3. Promotion of students of an educational institution to the next academic year.

Visualization of theoretical material, as well as demonstration of actions related to the transition using digital tools, will be carried out using the tools of the information and communication automated system Yedyna Shkola as an example.

The video course consists of the webinar «Yedyna Shkola / Electronic educational environment with distance and blended learning technologies» and an online survey (testing).

The webinar is hosted on the YouTube platform, and participants receive access via a link.

Mode of study: remotely at a time and place convenient for participants. To start, you need to register on the platform.

The course will help expand knowledge of digital tools used in the educational process, as well as practices for organizing blended or remote learning.

It consists of modules, each of which can be completed separately and a Certificate can be obtained for the corresponding number of completed hours.

Module 1. «System «Yedyna Shkola» – digital tools for forming the educational environment of an educational institution» – intended for teaching and academic staff, individuals working in the education sector, and anyone interested in digital development.

Module 2. «Administration in the information and communication automated system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for individuals responsible for working with personal data.

Module 3. «Digital tools for managing the educational process of an educational institution in the system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for school administrations (principals and deputy principals).

Module 4. «Electronic gradebook for subject teachers in the system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for middle and high school teachers.

Module 5. «Electronic gradebook for primary school teachers in the system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for teachers of grades 1–4.

Module 6. «Digital tools for homeroom teachers in the system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for homeroom teachers.

Module 7. «Tools for conducting remote learning and testing in the system «Yedyna Shkola»» – intended for teaching staff.

The webinar consists of an online lecture-training session that enables participants to continue independent work in the System.

Participants receive access to the webinar via a link.

During the lecture-training session, an overview of the functional capabilities and tools of the «Remote Learning» module of the «Yedyna Shkola» system is provided.

The event aims to familiarize teaching staff with models for implementing digital technologies in the educational process.

In particular, it will include a review of key issues related to the use of the «Yedyna Shkola» system tools in educational institutions, with demonstrations and analysis of functional capabilities; an exchange of experience on implementation and use; identification of advantages and challenges of applying digital tools in the practical work of educators; development of proposals for improving and advancing the tools of the «Yedyna Shkola» system; and enhancement of teachers’ digital competencies.
