How to connect to the platform and add a child
1. Receive a confirmation email
Provide the educational institution with your and your child's details. Open the authentication email that will be sent to the specified email address.
Authentication is mandatory to access the «Parents' Diary» in the «Yedyna Shkola» system.
If you are unable to open the authentication email within 72 hours, contact the administration or homeroom teacher to receive a new email.
2. Confirm your email address
After reading the email, follow the link provided and complete the required steps:
— enter the confirmation code from the email;
— enter the last 5 digits of your phone number.
The number must match the one provided to the school administration or homeroom teacher.
3. Create a password
The next step is creating a personal password. Enter characters in the «Password» and «Confirm password» fields. The passwords must match exactly.
To create a strong password and ensure your account is protected, follow the instructions carefully.
4. Download the «Yedyna Shkola» mobile app
After successfully verifying your account, download the «Yedyna Shkola» app on your smartphone from the official Google Play or App Store to start using the Parents' Diary.
Search for «Yedyna Shkola» in the app store or download the app from the official website of the «Yedyna Shkola» system.
5. First login
To start using the app, enter:
• your login (phone number registered in the system) in the appropriate field;
• the password created in the previous step (see step 3);
• tap the «Log in» button.

6. Grant notification permissions
What information will you receive?
• child's absence;
• homework assigned to students;
• grades received by your child;
• class and school events and news;
• subject teachers' comments;
• information about Yedyna Shkola events and initiatives.
7. Privacy policy
During the first launch of the mobile app, you must review the privacy policy terms and the public offer agreement.
8. Select a child
Enter your login and password, and confirm that you have read the privacy policy and public offer agreement — you will then be taken to the «My Children» screen.
This screen allows you to:
• view available e-diaries (if you have two or more children, swipe left/right to switch between them);
• open a child's e-diary by tapping their avatar (the circle above their name).

9. Create an electronic diary for your child
The system will prompt you to create a diary for your child upon first login, as it is the parents who have the right to grant the child access to the «Student Diary».
To do this, follow a few steps:
1. Click the «Create a diary for the child» button;
2. Enter the login details: the child's phone number in 380… format or a nickname;
3. Create a password («Create password» button): use a combination of characters consisting of Latin letters (uppercase and lowercase) and digits.
The login and password created by parents are used by the student to access the e-diary in both the mobile and web versions.
