«Yedyna Shkola» became a co-organizer of a conference for educators in Odesa

At the initiative of Yedyna Shkola, in cooperation with the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council, and co-organized with the State Scientific Institution «Institute for Modernization of Education Content» and other partners, it was possible to organize and hold a conference for educators in the city of Odesa.
The offline event «Creating a digital educational space. The use of artificial intelligence in the educational process» took place on August 30 and brought together around 150 participants.
Invited speakers delivered their presentations:
Svitlana Boiko, Head of the Sector of the Department of Innovation Activity and Experimental Work at the Institute for Modernization of Education Content, spoke about the digitalization of education in experimental activities.
Yaroslav Hapanovych, PhD in Public Administration, Deputy Director for Information Technologies and Development of the Municipal Enterprise “Regional Information and Analytical Center”, and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky National Pedagogical University, informed participants about the legal foundations, algorithms, and tools for digitalizing education.
Oleksii Koshevets, Director of LLC “TATL TECHNOLOGY” and Head of the «Yedyna Shkola» project, explained the criteria for selecting an educational information system for educational institutions.
Training specialist Andrii Melnyk presented the unified educational space «Yedyna Shkola» and demonstrated new system functionalities.
Oleksandr Gonchar, Head of the NGO “Safe Educational Institution” and Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, spoke about creating a safe educational environment in educational institutions.
Inna Tkachenko, Information Security Manager at LLC “GIGAGROUP”, explained how to ensure data security when using digital tools.
Other partners and speakers also presented on the topic of digitalization.
Leaders of educational institutions in Odesa also addressed the audience, presenting practical cases of using educational information systems and sharing their experiences on transitioning to paperless school record-keeping:

A workshop on the use of AI tools (artificial intelligence tools) in the educational process was also held for participants.
Maryna Liutynska, a certified MIE Trainer at Microsoft and Deputy Director for Educational Activities at the distance lyceum “Meridian”, together with Andrii Ozarchuk — a researcher at the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, certified NUS trainer, and teacher of computer science and geography (participating online) — demonstrated how to create effective prompts, presentations, and visual materials using artificial intelligence.
Specialists of the «Yedyna Shkola» system also contributed to this session, as they plan to implement AI integration into the system, which will help optimize the process of writing lesson plans.
